WHAT IS RUSH?

RUSH is an annual event with a heart-beat to encourage Christians to reach their unchurched friends and family with the Gospel of Jesus Christ! It is our prayer that after our events students and adults will leave more challenged than ever to make last life change! Why? Because they have seen Jesus...and once they experience Jesus and His love, they will be full enough to begin to pour out on others!

WHY is it called R.U.S.H?

R.U.S.H. began as a strategy in 2004 by our founder, Marc Pritchett. R.U.S.H. stands for “Reaching Unchurched Students for Him!” Our goal is to effectively and creatively convey the truths of God’s word to students and adults, whereby they grow in their own personal relationship with Jesus Christ. The result of which is to create a burning desire to “REACH” out to others who may never attend a local church...we call these the “unchurched!”

 

THEME

This years theme is called "ON FIRE"! At RUSH we hope to encourage and equip the students to reach their unchurched friends, and ignite a passion in their hearts to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

The song " I'm on Fire" by We Are Messengers is the theme song behind RUSH Weekend, and anthem by which we hope to ignite a burning desire in all of us to spread the message of hope. Please check out the video here!

RUSH2017

Like last year RUSH will be a one-day event focused on helping Christians spark a desire to spread the love and message of Jesus. Like last year RUSH will be a 2 Session conference with competitive style games, and guys & girls breakout sessions. Meal tickets will be made available for purchase as well!

 

FOOD

Meal Options Include: hamburger or hotdog or pizza, chips, cookie, and drink!

Other items snack items will be available for purchase as well as bottle drinks for a very minimal price.

 

Thomaston, Ga offers other meal options for dinner if you want to explore the town for dinner, but we encourage all groups to remain at the Fine Arts Center because of the event schedule.

 

 

 

Are there ADDITIONAL Costs?

There are NO hidden costs at RUSH2017. There are however “additional” items that can be purchased.

• The RUSH store will be open for RUSH apparel.

• Artist and Speaker tables will be available for purchase of their items.

• Food Items can be purchased all-day!

• Disks will be made available for purchase
