REGISTRATION
Every guest of Night to Shine enters this complimentary event on a red carpet complete with a warm
welcome from a friendly crowd and paparazzi. Once inside, guests receive the royal treatment, including
hair and makeup stations, shoe shining stations, limousine rides, corsages and boutonnieres, a karaoke
room, a catered dinner, prom favors for each honored guest, a Respite Room for parents and caretakers,
and, of course, dancing! The highlight of the night comes when every one of the Night to Shine guests is
crowned a king or queen of the prom!

ABOUT NIGHT TO SHINE
The Tim Tebow Foundation has a great passion for people with special needs, and in 2014 we launched Night to Shine with a simple vision… work with churches around the country to provide an incredible prom night experience, centered on God’s love, for people with special needs. God’s vision was bigger… In five years, Night to Shine, through hundreds of churches and thousands of volunteers, has become a worldwide movement that is changing Valentine’s Day from simply a celebration of love, to a celebration of God’s love by honoring people with special needs and the value of
life. It’s a night not only for our guests to shine, but for churches to shine, for volunteers to shine, and
most importantly, for Christ to shine.

We are excited to once again host Night to Shine at The Ridge on February 9, 2024!
Night to Shine is a prom experience for people with special needs ages 14 and older. Each Honored Guest, we experience the night of their life in being crowned King or Queen of the prom.
The Tim Tebow Foundation is celebrating their ninth year of Night to Shine with over 39 countries from around the world participating in this year's celebration.
In 2020 we were privileged to host our first NTS! It was the experience of a lifetime for us and something that we knew we always wanted to be a part of.
Your partnership for this event is greatly appreciated! We want to see all guests loved and cared for. We hope that you will consider partnering with us for this special night!
EVENT DETAILS
ATTIRE
Each honored guest should be wearing a tux, suit, prom dress, or something of the like. This night is formal and we want each person to feel special when attending.
Respite Room
The Respite room is for parents/caretakers to enjoy the event live on our tv monitors. This room is for you to watch and enjoy as the event takes place.
We want you to feel special and loved during this moment as well! You are important to us!
We will also serve light finger foods and feature other activities in this room.
SENSORY Room
The Sensory room will be available for anyone getting over stimulated during the event. The Sensory room will consist of items for those needing a break from the event.
REGISTRATION
Registration is FREE to each honored guest. Registration includes one corsage or boutonniere and prom favor. Limo rides are also included with registration.
Light Finger foods will also be served at the prom. Parents are welcome to enjoy light finger foods in the parents/caretakers respite room.
This particular Night to Shine is only limited to 150 honored guests. Registration will not be available past 150 people.
Schedule
6 PM - 6:30 PM: Check-in and meet buddy, hair & make up stations available, shoe shine, and other pre-prom activities.
7 PM – 9 PM: Prom Event Kicks Off
8:30 PM: Crowning ceremony and video message from Tim Tebow and Global Partners,
provided by the Tim Tebow Foundation.
8:45 PM – 9 PM: Buddies assist guests with picking up prom favors
8:45 PM – 9 PM: Buddies assist guests with collecting coats and belongings and finding their parents/caretakers
9 PM: End of event
VOLUNTEER
We cannot host this night without incredible volunteers! To volunteer you must be at least 16 years of age. Anyone over the age of 18 must fill out and complete a GCIC Background check. Click here for background check form. Volunteers under the age of 18 must turn in a parent/guardian signed permission slip.
Each volunteer is also required to participate in the required volunteer training date. You only need to participate in one training day. This day will provide you with important training information about the event or proper protocols.
